历史和文化的复杂性，让像意大利这样的小国具有了巨大的魅力。从周边海域的浪潮，到连绵不绝的亚平宁山脉和阿尔卑斯山脉，意大利总是令人陶醉于其和谐与鲜明层次的融合之中。

意大利将于2008年主办利木赞国际会议，其目的是为了加强利木赞牛评价体系和育种体系两方面的国际合作。

会议活动的地点是经心挑选的，以便让所有来宾能够参观一些我们国家最具代表性的城市，重点在于其艺术遗产以及利木赞牛场。

行程安排

第一天 星期二 5月20日  罗马

大会会务组的工作人员会在罗马机场迎接各位来宾，并将客人们送到酒店。当天晚上，各与会代表将在酒店内组织的欢迎酒会上会面。

第二天 星期三 5月21日  罗马

每位来宾都将有机会欣赏罗马最有名的古迹，导游带领下的一日游将让你领略永恒之城的魅力。当天晚上，在古罗马的心脏位置，一个有名的地点将举行会议开幕式。

第三天 星期四 5月22日  维泰尔博

会议议程将在早餐时间向大家一一介绍。然后客人们将在维泰博附近的一个令人印象深刻的农场共进午餐。届时与会代表将起程到一个具有丰富历史和文化的城市——佩鲁贾。

第四天 星期五 5月23日  佛罗伦萨

参观契安尼娜牛遗传中心，契安尼娜牛是意大利最古老的牛品种。接着，前往穆杰罗地区参观其他著名的利木赞牛群。黄昏时分，在佛罗伦萨入住酒店，在那里共进免费晚餐。

第五天 星期六 5月24日  佛罗伦萨

当天将专门前往Ruralia博览会，在那里有利木赞牛展和拍卖场举办。在展览场设有酒会和晚宴。另有备选方案：在佛罗伦萨购物。

 第六天 星期日 5月25日  佛罗伦萨

代表们将参加早上的工作会议。对于非参会者，将有机会步行游览佛罗伦萨，欣赏这个城市的美景，这些景色都堪称杰作而声名远播。与会者将在下午集合，去一个不寻常的地点进行私人参观，这一地点未向公众开放。

 第七天 星期一 5月26日  皮亚琴察

与会者将离开佛罗伦萨抵达皮亚琴察，这一地带拥有数个利木赞牛种。在路途当中，与会代表将在一个重要的农场停留，并在那里共进午餐。皮亚琴察市将热烈欢迎参加此次会议的客人，并为客人们准备了一个特殊的艺术之夜。

 第八天 星期二 5月27日  皮亚琴察

参观Anacli国家总部，并到当地农场、育肥中心、屠宰厂以及肉店观摩。会议最后，将在十七世纪的别墅中，以一个神奇的盛大晚宴将此次会议推向高潮。这一激动人心的安排是为了以官方放闭幕式的形式向所有客人致谢。

 第九天 星期三 5月28日  离境

会后，代表们可以选择进行额外的游览或直接送往机场。

 会议为客人们提供了亲身感受意大利生活方式的机会，不仅仅是在计划中的官方活动期间，还可以从会议之后的不同游览中去体验。与会代表可以结合自己对利木赞牛的兴趣，有机会花费另外一个星期去发现意大利的宝藏。

三种不同类型的会后参观活动已经被安排：

 1 牛、文化与意大利风情

两条不寻常的行程：

撒丁岛，在科斯塔萨地那岛地区参观顶级的系谱畜群和迷人的海岸。

威尼托大，欣赏帕拉第奥的别墅，以及参观当地的著名品种。最后抵达世界上最浪漫的城市——威尼斯。

 2 维纳斯黄金海岸：那不勒斯索伦托.阿马尔

多彩的土地，文化和香水：五夜六天，一个极具诱惑力蓝色大海盛会、锯齿形的海岸线 、茂密的丘陵和欢乐的城镇。

 3 利木赞牛世界的工厂，波河平原

波河平原，是育肥动物位居榜首的聚集地：三夜四天的行程安排了解商业畜群、牛和基因。

 We invite you to discover the pleasure of Italian meat

 THE CONFERENCE

The historical and cultural complexity is what gives a small country like Italy such a great charm, with its fascinating mixture of harmonious and contrasting facets, from the waves of the surrounding seas, up to the mountainous chains of the Apennines and the Alps.

Italy will host the International Limousin Conference in 2008, with the aim to strengthen the international network of appraisers and breeders of Limousin cattle.

The sites of the Conference activities have been carefully chosen so as to permit all guests to visit some of the most representative cities in our country, which owe their importance both to artistic heritage as well as to Limousin cattle farming.

A PROVISONAL ITINERARY

Day 1.Tuesday.May 20.Rome

The Conference Organisation Staff will welcome the Guests at the airport in Rome and transfer them to the Hotel. In the evening, the delegates will meet each other at the welcome cocktail organized in the hotel.

Day 2.Wednesday.May 21.Rome

Everyone will have the chance to admire the most famous treasures of Rome with a guided day tour around the monuments of the Eternal City. In the evening the Conference Opening Ceremony will be held in a prestigious location in the heart of Ancient Rome.

Day 3.Thursday.May 22.Viterbo

The presentation of the day by day Conference Program will take place at the breakfast time. Then the guests will be transferred in a impressive farm near Viterbo where they will have lunch. Then the delegates will depart to Perugia, a city rich of history and culture.

Day 4.Friday.May 23.Florence

Visit to Genetic Centre of Chianina cattle, the oldest bovine breed in Italy. Departure to the Mugello area to visit other remarkable Limousin herds. In the late afternoon check in the Hotel in Florence. Free dinner.

Day 5.Saturday.May 24.Florence

The day will be dedicated to Ruralia Expo, with Limousin Show and the auction sale. Drink reception and dinner in the showground. Alternative program: shopping in Florence.

Day 6.Sunday.May 25.Florence

Working session during the morning for the delegates. For the non participants, alternative walking tours of Florence to have the chance to admire the beauties of this city renown all over the world for its masterpieces.

The group will gather again in the afternoon for a private visit in an unusual location closed to the public.

Day 7.Monday.May 26.Piacenza

The group will leave Florence to reach Piacenza, a land which hosts several Limousin breeders. On the way the delegates will stop in an important farm where they will have lunch. The city of Piacenza will greet the guests of the Conference with a warm welcome and a special evening dedicated to art.

Day 8.Tuesday.May 27.Piacenza

Visit to the national headquarters of ANACLI and to local farms, fattening centres, slaughtering plants, and butcher shops.

The end of the Conference will culminate in a fantastic Gala Dinner in a XVII century Villa. A fascinating setting to greet all the guests with the official closing ceremony.

Day 9.Wednesday.May 28.Departure

Departure of the Delegates for the additional post-tour or transfer to the airports.

POST CONFERENCE TOURS

The Conference will permit our guests to encounter the Italian way of life, not only during the planned week of official activities, but also with different tours following the Conference itself. The delegates will have the opportunity to spend another week discovering Italy’s treasures while combining their interest for Limousin breeders.

Three different type of post tours have been arranged:

1 Cattle. Culture and Italian flavours

Two extraordinary itineraries in:

Sardinia, in the Costa Smeralda area through top class pedigree

herds and enchanting coasts.

Veneto, to admire the Palladio’s Villas and to meet the great breeders of the region. At the end Venice, the most romantic city in the world.

2 The Golden Coast of Sirenes: Naples Sorrento. Amalfi

Land of colors, culture and fragrances: five nights and six days in an enticing pageant of blue seas, jagged coastlines, lush hills and delightful towns.

3 Workshop on the Limousin world, in the Po Valley

The Po Valley is the top spot of fattening animals: a program of three nights and four days about commercial herds, cattle and genetics.
